Jon-Carlos Rivera
Co-Founder & CEOJon-Carlos is a battle-tested engineering leader who specializes in bridging the gap between technical vision and operational reality. With a background spanning Principal Software Engineering to management, he has spent over a decade building high-performance teams for companies like Brightcove and JWP.
Most notably, Jon-Carlos was selected to lead a critical expansion initiative in Mexico, where he acted as the cultural and technical bridge for a newly acquired team. In just 8 months, he scaled the office by over 40 engineers and successfully operationalized a low-cost offshore hub, advising on everything from talent acquisition to the physical build-out of the office space. A natural leader in both official and unofficial capacities, Jon-Carlos brings a rare mix of deep technical expertise and the grit required to scale early-stage startups.
